About Miss Beth (She/Her)

Beth has been dancing, teaching, and choreographing for more than 28 years. Growing up in Grand Rapids, Michigan, she trained  in a variety of styles including ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, pom, and lyrical, and competed throughout high school and college. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Communication and Business from Aquinas College and her master’s degree in Higher Education from Grand Valley State
University.

Beth has more than 12 years of experience coaching collegiate dance and currently serves as Head Coach of the Cleary University Dance Team. Prior to Cleary, she spent nine seasons as Head Coach at Concordia University Ann Arbor, where she led the team to a 2025 WHAC Conference Championship and an eighth-place finish at NAIA Dance Nationals in their final season. She has taught throughout southeast Michigan and was an adjunct instructor and choreographer for the Concordia Theatre Department. She holds numerous certifications, including Acrobatic Arts and USA Cheer.

She currently lives in Ann Arbor with her husband and two children. Beth is passionate about helping dancers build a strong technical foundation while developing confidence and a love for dance. She is excited to be a member of The Studio Centre community!
